1. Heat Sink: 17*7mm aerial aluminum
5050Aerial aluminum has good corrosion resistance and toughness. It's easy polishing, color firm and anodic oxidation. It is a kind of typical extrusion material. Widly used in building profiles, heat sink of lights for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences etc.
 
2. PC cover: Mitsubishi PC from Japan
PC (Polycarbonat) is an amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility, 
dimensional stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. It has high strength, heat resistance and cold 
resistance. It also has the advantages of self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non toxic and colorable.
Its strength and toughness are very good.
